Gosh I love friendly workout ! I tried the afi hiit but that was too hard lmaooo
If you after doing this you don't feel the burn in your stomach and instead feel it in your thighs or legs, you're doing something wrong! Listen to what she says in the intro. You have to tuck in your pelvis and keep ribcage down. It was very hard to keep up through all the video, but somehow I managed! I am unfit and was all sweaty just half way into the workout. It is so worth it! Plan on doing this regularly

ok so i started this on May 27,2024 with 165lb i started doing day 14 first coming down to day 1 i did 7 days then rest 2 days then did the other 7 days i finish this challange on June 12 lost 4lb only but its ok something is something right my goal is to lose up to 130lb thats my goal. today i will start doing this challange again
